Hi there,need some advice. our factory has no production about 3 weeks this coming April.The issue is can we ask the employee to take force leave (deduct their Annual Leave) since there is no work to do.

Basic (rm 3300) + bonus (3000) = 6300 - UPL (1015.38) = RM5284.62 so employer contribution is 12 or 13% ? can anyone help me on this ....based on my understanding and what i read itz 13%...correct?

How much the EPF contribution for 55 years old and above?

May I ask, if employee is above 55 years old, the employee contribution for epf is 12% or 13%?

Hi, I am curious of how to handle this situation. A staff post in group says on MC that day. Then, someone saw the employee eat at shop the same day and snap picture and sent to management group page. Trying to say that the MC is fake. What / How can the sick employee react to the situation?

Can deduct AL as UPL if staff already tender resignation?

Hi, I need some advise here. If my oversea supplier company want to send an expatriate (from Philippines) to my company for short term project basis - to train local staff here. Does this expatriate needs to apply any work permit / visa to work in Malaysia for short term? The payroll is under my supplier site. They will bill us services on project done.

I need to double check - if the expatriate got contract to work in Malaysia for one year, when comes to PCB tax calculation, we select him as "pemastautin" and he can 'enjoy' the lower tax rate as Malaysian, correct? Actually the above statement is given by LHDN tax officer, but sometimes different officer gives different information .
