Anyone here in saloon or beauty industries? How u handle with employer which is still dont wan to follow the closure as per order.

Is it now allowed to go back KL office from Seremban?

If staff stay at Seremban, but she wan back to KL office take documents, is it she can come to KL office?

Need to inform JTK if wanted to implement pay cut?

If my company do pay cut. Do wrote have to inform Labour Department? Any reference to follow for the pay cut or just decided by the company upon mutual agreement?
