Hi guys, i have a quick question about AL ent. Im a bit confuse here. Here are the leave ent: Rank&File : <2yrs = 10 days >2yrs <5yrs = 12 days > 5yrs = 16 days Mgt : <2yrs = 14 days >2yrs <5yrs = 16 days >5yrs = 18 days Scenario: Staff A is a rank&file staff who will be promoted to mgt level. In addition, he have served the company more than 2 years but less than 5 years. Questions: How much leave ent does staff A entitled when he been promoted to mgt level? A. 14 days B. 16 days *Really appreciate if you can answer with justification on why you choose the answer.*

Hi, anyone kindly advise...isit fair to hold staff confirmation due to MCO and refrain or never made confirmation increment just due to MCO for good performance staff?

May I ask about Phone Allowance will be deduct EFP or SOCSO or both?

Before MCO staff get phone line now company stop phone line and give allowance so staff either using own numbrr for business or buy anothet number for business use.

Would like to ask another question here - > If employee is hired for team A but assigned to team B for other project without mentioning about the specific function & expectations during interview, and then being micromanaged and put to IIP followed by PIP, lead to termination after project is about to complete, can the employee bring this case to Industrial court?

I would like to ask regarding employee's attendance. If there is an employee conditionally punch card (only clock in at 8am, clock out at 5pm, refused to clock out/in for lunch break hour) what can the employer do to this indiscipline employee?

Hi Wanted to confirm that is clock in/ out form that employee fill in by hand is acceptable by JTK & SOSCO? Or must use punch card / thumb print?
