An explanation for payroll cut off date for new joiners of the company
our company payroll cut off date is 23rd of the month
and a staff joined at 16th Apr
how many days should i pay for the staff? 8 days? or half month salary?Â
Do we need to issue a letter if staff did not pass probation?
may I know do you issue a letter when staff does not pass probation?
or just officiall email + probation appraisal form which indicates she does not pass will do?Â
What is the practice at your company on the issuance of show cause letter?
Meaning if an immediate superior report to HR, do the HR Manager sign/issue the show cause or should MD sign it?Â
