May I know which medical provider are you using right now? Do you self manage? Healthmetrics can get real time updates when an employee check in to clinics and check out from a clinic and digital MC will be sent to the employer and line manager to reduce fake MC. I also use my dashboard for analysis, so I can look into the pattern of an employee from dashboard and do counselling. Employer will be showing that we are concern about employee's health, if needed, send this person for health screening to see if this person is still fit for employment. It works for me because after counselling, my staff dont take MC anymore.

Hi, I have an inquiry. If employees are working on Sunday but we are not paying them OT, instead they are given replacement leave of 1 day or 2 days, will that be okay?

Who's aware of the upcoming proposed amendments of the EA 1955? For those who receive salary more than RM 2K, and not a Manual Worker as prescribed in Schedule 1, this is a very good thing since the protection granted by EA will finally could be enjoyed by this employee category. However, there are exceptions, and one of them is Termination Benefits. What do you guys think of that? MOHR have been engaging MTUC and MEF for feedbacks on the proposed amendments. Both are claiming the engagement is not enough. MTUC is supposedly to be representatives of all employees. Do you feel represented (enough) by MTUC? Is this topic interesting enough?
