staff resign, taken 1 extra day leave. Should I take salary/21 days this month and deduct the one day salary or use 17 working days or the standard 22 days?

ÂI have submitted the form and I have called the bank and it stated it our Company Registration Number. But Perkeso stated that it is a wrong registration number.
Or only those leaving Malaysia?
Âwould like to ask, now government not allowed to cross border even go to work? Must have MITI approval?
ÂMy company are not essential service, we apply for MITI before but was rejected 2 times.
ÂUnpaid leave needs to submit form to labor office as well in softcopy?
