Can we terminate an employee that took too much leave?

If a staff just working for 3 months then we terminate him because too much absent and UPL. He got 5 MC already, can we divide by month for the MC he entitle? For example...Ā Baca lagi

Hi, I need some advise here. Under contract basic, 1. Can company select not to contribute EPF, Socso, EIS etc? 2. Can terminate by giving one month notice from each party? Fixed term contract?
